The Dubai Media Office Today announced on twitter that it has approved a 10-year golden visa for PhD holders, ALL doctors, engineers in the fields of computer engineering, electronics, programming, electricity and biotechnology, as well as graduates from accredited universities who score 3.8 and above.
This is a country their leaders are thinking.
But here in Nigeria government is killing it’s own Citizens with brain. From president to governor to chairman are just warning seat without impact.
