This story was carried by News Desk.I spoke on how they can discover themselves and apply innovation to it.

Business fails when innovation is absent. In most training and workshops I have spoken I try my best to let my audience embrace the beauty of innovation. Innovation makes you do things better.Let me tell you a story of a woman who makes local soap. She approach me in a seminar and said sir ” how do I grow in my business” my response is innovation, change the way you package your soup, change the manner you sell your soap. 2 months later she called to say her sales has increased. My point is this change the way you do things.
