Kwale high court now charges N200 before signing affidavit.

The state high court holding in Kwale has directed its officials to charge N200 before signing affidavit. According to one of the official, commissioner of oath stated that the state government under governor Okowa is not funding the court properly that if they don’t charge N200 the court might not run efficiently.
When the registrar was contacted he confirm the charges. According to the registrar the running cost provided by the state government is too poor hence the charges.

The official price on the receipt is N1000 and N200 is signing fee by the commissioner for oath
