A popular mechanic called Shagari has been shot dead by unknown gunmen who struck yesterday evening in Sapele, Delta State.
Eyewitnesses alleged that the men who struck at about 7am in a blue Toyota Camry car, shot the mechanic killing him instantly where he was rounding up the day’s business along New road close to a popular Baptist Church.
This is coming barely a week after 2 persons were reportedly shot by gunmen along Akintola road in what many has described as a cult related killing
Meanwhile some group of persons has vow to protest against insecurity in the town, the group who called themselves Saferians care said the insecurity was becoming too much in the town hence the need to raise awareness.
