The chairman , Aniocha North Local Government council , Hon Kevin Okwechime has urged the Residents in the Local Government Area to make proper use of the long lasting insecticide Net being distributed to them.
Hon, Okwechime who gave the urge while flagging off the distribution of the Net at Issele Uku explained that proper arrangement has been made to distribute the long lasting insecticide Nets to every home in the Locality, free of charge .
Equally, he stated that there was more than enough nets to go round the various homes across the communities within the Area.
The council Boss reaffirmed that the best precautionary measures against malaria which was the major cause of deaths in our area as a result of mosquito bites.
Accordingly, he enjoined the people to imbibe the habits of sleeping in beds that had long lasting insecticide net just as appreciated all the partners who made the supply and distribution of these nets free of charge to our people.
